A couple weeks after the Idol 5 was certified by Chinese certification institution FCC that followed the Alcatel 5049S certification, Alcatel seems to be gearing up for the release of yet anther smartphone that has ended up on the shelves of the FCC for an approval. The device which is modeled as H076 has been tested to support 2G GSM, 3G WCDMA networks along with support for LTE networks of the bands 2, 4, 5, 7, 12, 13 and 66, the last of which is what it takes for the device to run a Canadian carrier.
From what we’ve come to know about the device as of yet, the H076 comes packed with the MediaTek MT6750 chipset which would be able to run beside a 64-bit processor. The phone will be backed up by a 4,000 mAh battery which is housed under a back panel that also includes the provided fingerprint scanner, sensors, and the single main camera. The rear panel could be easily removed by the user to install the microSD card and SIMs.
Other connectivities include a headphone jack, a microUSB port with WiFi and low energy Bluetooth support that allows the handset to be connected to wireless peripherals.
