Google’s launch of its flagship devices, the Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL has stolen the hearts of everyone around the world. The Pixel 2 devices have already proved their worth in performance tests and even topped the charts of the DXOMark testing. These devices are truly have everything you could want in a smartphone. The Pixel 2 and Pixel XL have hit the shelves and are available for purchase online. However, how much will they cost? Over a thousand dollars, of course! The Google Pixel 2 is a 5-inch AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 and a 1080p resolution. The SoC powering the device is the Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 845 with the Adreno 540 GPU. The Google Pixel 2 is equipped with 4GB of RAM and is available in two variants, one with 64GB internal storage and the other with 128GB. One of the highlights of the device is its camera which has its own dedicated CPU. Its bigger brother, the Pixel 2 XL comes with a larger 6-inch P-OLED screen with a resolution of 1440x2880 and has a higher battery capacity of 3520mAh. Apart from this, all else remains the same and both run on the latest version of Android, Android Oreo 8.0.
Needless to say, the Pixel 2 devices will be the first to receive Android Oreo 8.1 developer preview. The Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL are now available on the Google Store, with the Pixel 2 being sold at $1,079 and the Pixel 2 XL being priced at $1,399.
