ZTE has launched a new mid-range smartphone named Blade A3 with an aim of attracting selfie lovers. It is the same smartphone which we expected to get official after a spotting on TENAA. The unique selling points of the ZTE Blade A3 are the presence of the dual selfie camera setup, a huge battery, and an entry-level pricing.
To start off, the ZTE Blade A3 sports a 5.5-inch TFT display with 720p resolution and 2.5D glass. Under the hood, it has the 1.5GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737T processor coupled with 3GB of RAM. On the back, you will find a 13-megapixel shooter with LED flash. But on the front, there are 5-megapixel and 2-megapixel dual cameras with soft light to help you with selfies in low light conditions.
There is 32GB of onboard storage with microSD card support to help you store all your apps and data. The whole package is powered by a 4000mAh battery and will be running Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. Other features of the phone include a fingerprint scanner, 3.5mm headphone jack, and a dedicated microSD card slot.
The ZTE Blade A3 has been priced at 799 Yuan which is about $120 and makes it a good option if you are seeking a new device at this price point. It is currently up for preorders via JD.com and ZTE's online store with sales starting November 6th.
