The launch of the OnePlus 5T is just around the corner and with almost all details known about the phone, including the confirmation of its very existence; all that was left to our imagination was the price of the smartphone. It’s a common notion that companies hike up prices of new devices, which is exactly what OnePlus did when they launched the OnePlus 3T. What if the OnePlus 5T launches at the same price that the OnePlus 5 launched for earlier this year? Well, it appears that it will as sources have confirmed this.
TechRadar has supposedly seen confidential documentation revealing the price of the smartphone in the U.K and prices will remain the same. The above-mentioned documents show the price paid for purchasing the device through a business on O2's network and the listed price is the same as that listed for the OnePlus 5. However, this does not mean that the pricing will remain the same in all markets. Then again, why would OnePlus only restrict this privilege to the U.K market and not to the rest of the world?
Well, it seems like this pricing could very well be applicable to other markets as well. Another thing confirmed by the documentation are the two storage variants of the OnePlus 5T. It appears that the OnePlus 5T will be available in 64GB and 128GB variants with no mention of a 256GB variant as of yet.
