Nokia 7 Plus specs and design leak suggests 3 Zeiss cameras

The Nokia upcoming mid-range smartphone is expected to be announced as Nokia 7 Plus. Today a new report pops up online in China which reveals the design and specs details of upcoming Nokia 7 Plus. The Nokia 7 Plus is expected to be the company's first smartphone with 2:1 display.

The Nokia 7 Plus production allegedly kicked off and rumors suggest it may get unveiled at the upcoming MWC 2018. The latest report suggests all the details regarding the Nokia 7 design, cameras, and other hardware details. The latest leak suggests the upcoming Nokia 7 will retain few aesthetics from the last year Nokia 7, however it brings a number of upgrades which makes it a worthy successor.

The Nokia 7 Plus is featuring a 6.0-inches Full HD display with 2:1 aspect ratio instead of 5.2-inches like last year. The rear side is adorned with dual Zeiss certified cameras. The primary snapper of 12MP with the 13MP secondary sensor. The second sensor is rumored to bring bokeh effect and 2x optical zoom without affecting the image quality. The front-facing selfie camera will be 16MP with f/2.0 aperture. It will be first Nokia smartphone with three Zeiss branded lenses.

The Nokia 7 Plus camera app is also expected to be revamped with few more shooting modes. It will also allow the users to manually control the camera aspects, this certainly will attract professional shooters. As per recent GeekBenchmark listing, the Qualcomm's Octa-core Snapdragon 660 SoC will be powering the device with 4GB RAM. The native storage is 64GB. It is still in the dark whether its storage will be expandable or not. It will have USB-C port for fast charging and connectivity. As OS it will have Android Oreo 8.0 straight out of the box whereas it will be eligible to receive the Android Oreo 8.1 in coming weeks.
