Huawei P20 Plus alleged image shows the same thin bezels and display notch

13 February 2018 2

Huawei is expected to launch either P20 or P11 flagship series on March 27th so the leaks of these smartphones aren’t stopping by anyway. Every day we come across a new leak detailing either the design or specifications. Now, in the league of such leaks, we are now reporting one more image that seems to be allegedly belonging to P20 Plus. A tech blog Android Hits has posted this picture claiming it to be P20 Plus.

This image doesn’t highlight anything new but the top notch as available on iPhone X. There are very thin bezels and the screen is covering more area, making the front pane to look wide enough. The display is clearly sporting the very trendy 18:9 aspect ratio.

That notch on the top accommodates the front camera, earpiece speaker, and the subsidiary sensors. The leaked image only shows the front of the device so we can’t comment on what this device holds at the rear side. But, the previously leaked information for the rear panel has suggested tri-camera with a glass or ceramic body.

Going by the earlier leaks, Huawei P20 Plus features a 6.2-inch WQHD OLED full-screen display with 18:9 aspect ratio. The device is said to have HiSilicon Kirin 970 SoC with 6GB RAM. The rear camera has a triple lens setup, but the third sensor is separated from the combo of the first two. Needless to mention, the camera setup is manufactured in a tie-up with the Leica Technologies.

There’s no trusted source backing this image so take this with a pinch of salt.
