AMG which is known for making durable phones has unveiled the AGM X3 which comes with excellent specifications. The AGM X3 is the successor to the AGM X2 which was launched last year. The AGM X2 was a rugged phone with a 5.5-inch FHD AMOLED display, an IP68 certification, Snapdragon 652 SoC with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The company is known for making devices which are aimed at professionals working in harsh conditions or having an active lifestyle. Most of the phones by AGM have a slightly bulky design, but this year the company has decided to launch a sleek, more elegant phone which looks similar to current flagships but retains the IP68 rating.
The AGM X3 smartphone comes with a 5.99-inch display with 18:9 aspect ratio. It will be available in 6GB or 8GB of RAM variants coupled with a 64GB or 128GB of storage.
AGM has added dual rear cameras (24MP+12MP) and a 20MP front camera with support for facial recognition. The device will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC and will run on Android 8.1. The device will have QuickCharge 3.0 and rear fingerprint sensor for additional security.
AGM has not revealed the price of the X3 which will hit the shelves sometime during the summer this year. Though reports suggest that the phone may be priced lesser than the Samsung Galaxy S9.
