15 March 2018 3

We all have been loyally following the trail of rumors and leaks for the said Huawei devices. But, one of them has shown its early appearance officially. Huawei P20 Lite that was supposed to go official on March 27 with its siblings P20 and P20 Pro is now available for pre-orders in Poland. In fact, this also reveals the shipment details, which will start on March 26th, a day before the launch of the other two handsets in this series.

Well, the details of this device weren’t on the scarce, thanks to so many leaks we collected. The Huawei P20 Lite features a 5.84-inch IPS LCD display with 2280x1080 pixels resolution. And, yes it has a notch place on the top side of the display just like what you see in the iPhone X. However, the notch is not as wide as the one present on Apple’s device. It comes with Face Unlock so that you can unlock your device in a “blink of an eye.”

It’s powered by Kirin 659 processor and coupled with 4GB RAM. It runs on Android 8.0 Oreo OS under EMUI 8.0 and has a dual camera at the back with a 16MP main sensor and a 2MP depth-sensing module for portraits. It includes a 16MP front camera for taking selfies.

The bundled Smart Scale lets you know up to 9 factors related to the current state of your body. A special ITO layer is placed on the glass that aims to provide accurate readings of all the body’s parameters made during the measurement using BIA (electrical bioimpedance).

The Huawei P20 Lite with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage costs 1,599.00 Polish Zloty (€380). This also bundles a Huawei Smart Scale as a gift.
