Vivo Y95 launched with dual rear cameras, 4030mAh battery for Rs. 16,990

Vivo India has launched a new mid-range smartphone Vivo Y95 in the country. It is the same device which debuted globally in the Philippines about a couple of weeks ago. Its Indian release was teased by the company a few days ago and now, it has finally been made official along with a bunch of lucrative launch offers.

The Vivo Y95 sports a 6.22-inch HD+ (1520 x 720 pixels) IPS Halo FullView display with 19:9 aspect ratio and a waterdrop-styled notch. Under the hood, it has the octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 processor coupled with 4GB of RAM. There is 64GB of internal storage with support for microSD cards up to 256GB.


It has a 13-megapixel and a 2-megapixel dual rear camera setup with f/2.2 aperture. On the front, it has a 20-megapixel selfie camera which should help you click better selfies. The whole package is powered by a 4030mAh battery and it runs Funtouch OS 4.5 based on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box.

Vivo has priced the Vivo Y95 at Rs. 16,990 in India with an option to choose from Nebula Purple and Starry Night color variants. It will go on sale via both online and offline channels including the likes Amazon India, Flipkart, and Paytm Mall. As for launch offers, one can get the device at no cost EMI for up to 15 months on credit/debit cards and Bajaj Finance EMI cards. There is 3TB of free 4G data worth Rs. 4,000 from Reliance Jio. Lastly, one can also get Paytm cashback of Rs. 1,500 on the purchase.
