Huawei has launched a new entry-level smartphone named Huawei Y7 Pro (2019) in Vietnam. This is the second smartphone announcement from the company as it unveiled the P Smart (2019) as well. The newest offering is aimed at those who are seeking a good photography experience on a budget.
The Huawei Y7 Pro 2019 sports a 6.26-inch HD+ (1520 x 720 pixels) display with a waterdrop-styled notch. Under the hood, it has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor clocked at 1.8GHz. There is 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage which is the only configuration option available. It also supports microSD card expansion up to 512GB.
In the camera department, it has a 13-megapixel and 2-megapixel dual rear cameras with f/1.8 aperture and f/2.4 aperture. There is a 16-megapixel selfie camera. The whole package is powered by a 4000mAh battery. It ships with EMUI 8.2 based on Android 8.1 Oreo which is not the latest Android version but we can expect a software upgrade down the line.
The Huawei Y7 Pro 2019 has been priced at 39,90,000 Vietnamese dongs which is about $171. It is available Black and Aurora Blue color options with sales currently live.
