Call of Duty: Mobile coming to Android and iOS devices | UPD: now available

UPDATE (October 1st, 2019):

After a long beta testing, Activision has finally released Call of Duty: Mobile game for Android and iOS users worldwide. The game brings various battle modes including the currently popular battle royale mode. Some other modes include Frontline, Team Deathmatch, Gun Game, and Search & Destroy which are all accessible through the Multiplayer menu. It should be noted that the battle royale mode is locked by default and you can unlock it only after reaching Level 7 which is an easy thing to do.

The game various well-known Call of Duty map locations that you can choose at will or let the AI select at random. There are various weapons and accessories that you can use to create up to five unique loadouts. The game lets you choose your loadout for the match at the beginning.

Call of Duty is undoubtedly one of the most popular gaming franchise in the world. It is loved by a significant amount of gamers across all the platforms, be it PC or consoles. And now, Activision is all set to bring the renowned game to mobile devices with the release of Call of Duty: Mobile on Android and iOS.

Activision has teamed up with Tencent for Call of Duty: Mobile which will be arriving later this year. Tencent is popularly known for PlayerUnknown's Battleground (PUBG), the current rage among gamers and streamers. The upcoming mobile version is said to be a free-to-play game but there are no words on whether there will be in-app purchases or not.

The game's description page mentions that there will be a lot of iconic gaming modes and maps for gamers to choose from and play. It will offer a mix-up of content from the previous Call of Duty installments like Black Ops and Modern Warfare. Some of the noteworthy game modes will include Team Deathmatch, Free-for-all, and Search & Destroy. There will also be items like characters, weapons, outfits, scorestreaks, and pieces for gamers to unlock as they will proceed with the gameplay.

If you are interested in playing Call of Duty: Mobile, you can pre-register for the same on the official website. As for Android users, pre-registration can be done via Google Play Store as well.

Who doesn't know Call of Duty and the rage is created among gaming enthusiasts. Played it on my PC hundreds of times. And great to see it expanding to the mobile platform now.
