OnePlus 7 Pro Netflix HDR support confirmed; used to shoot Sacred Games 2 posters

The OnePlus 7 lineup launch is only three days away and as expected, the marketing team is in full gear to create hype around the upcoming phones. OnePlus has now announced a partnership with Netflix under which OnePlus 7 Pro was used for creating some of the Sacred Games Season 2 (aka Sacred Games 2) promotional materials including posters and a behind the scenes video.

Starting with posters, Netflix has released two Sacred Games 2 posters starring main casts Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Saif Ali Khan portraying Ganesh Gaitonde and Sartaj Singh respectively. Both the posters have been shot using the OnePlus 7 Pro which is basically to show top-level photography capabilities of the upcoming flagship. The posters were shot in low-light conditions which is another aspect that OnePlus intends to show off.

The OnePlus 7 Pro was also used to shoot a behind the scenes video for Sacred Games 2. The particular video is about introducing major characters for the upcoming season including two new characters. The video quality looks good and you can check the same below:

Lastly, OnePlus 7 Pro is confirmed to support Netflix HDR which is good news for the fans of the streaming service. The display panel on the smartphone is HDR10+ compatible. But it should be noted that if you wish to enjoy Netflix HDR content, you will have to subscribe to the top-tier plan priced at Rs. 800 per month.
