Oppo has launched a new mid-range smartphone named Oppo K3 in China. It is a phone which packs a powerful processor along with modern premium design trends. It means there are a notch-less display and a pop-up selfie camera like many of the contemporary smartphones.
The Oppo K3 sports a 6.5-inch Full HD+ (2340 x 1080 pixels) AMOLED display with no notch and 91% screen-to-body ratio. It has 19.5:9 aspect ratio with low brightness, stroboscopic eye protection, and DC dimming. It will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 AIE processor coupled with 6GB/8GB of RAM and up to 64GB/128GB/256GB internal storage. It also has microSD card support if you want more storage space.
The rear camera module will feature a 16-megapixel and a 2-megapixel sensor with f/1.7 aperture. There will be Ultra Clear Night View 2.0 mode to help users click better low-light and night time shots. The front camera will work via the pop-up mechanism claimed to be tested for 200,000 ups and downs.
It will have a 3,765mAh battery to keep the lights on with support for VOOC 3.0 fast charging. Other features include 6th Gen in-display fingerprint scanner, USB Type-C port, 3.5mm headphone jack, and Game Boost 2.0. It will be running ColorOS 6.0 based on Android 9 Pie out of the box.

- 6GB RAM with 128GB storage for CNY 1,899
- 8GB RAM with 256GB storage for CNY 2,299
The Oppo K3 is already available on preorders with sales starting June 1st. It should be noted that only 6GB RAM variants will go on sale for the time being and the 8GB RAM variant will be released sometime later.
