If you are someone from Europe and want your next smartphone purchase to be a 5G-enabled device, your wait is over. The ZTE Axon 10 Pro 5G has now been launched in Europe. It has specifically been announced in Finland with discussions currently on between ZTE and local carriers for providing 5G connectivity.
The good thing is that ZTE has launched non-5G model named simply ZTE Axon 10 Pro as well. It means depending on what your preference and budget are, you can buy the relevant flagship model. The price difference between the two is quite significant as the 4G model costs €599 but the 5G variant will set you back by €899.
The ZTE Axon 10 Pro 5G sports a 6.4-inch Full HD+ (2340 x 1080 pixels) AMOLED notched display with 90% screen-to-body ratio. Under the hood, it has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor coupled with 8GB of RAM and 256GB internal storage with an F2FS file system for faster read/write performance. It also has the Snapdragon X50 modem that makes it possible for the device to work with 5G.
In the camera department, there is a triple rear camera setup featuring a 48-megapixel primary sensor (f/1.7 aperture), a 20-megapixel wide-angle sensor (f/2.2 aperture), and an 8-megapixel telephoto sensor (f/2.4 aperture) with 5x optical zoom support. On the front, it has a 20-megapixel selfie shooter with an f/2.0 aperture.
The whole package is powered by a 4,000mAh battery with Quick Charge 4+ fast charging as well as wireless charging support. It will be running Android 9 Pie out of the box. Other features include NFC, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C port, and in-display fingerprint scanner. As for the 4G model, everything is the same except that it has 6GB/128GB configuration and no Snapdragon X50 modem.
