Realme 3 Pro updated with 240fps slow-mo, swipe gestures, and more

27 June 2019 0

If you own a Realme 3 Pro smartphone, you are in for a treat as the company has started rolling out a major software update. It is a big update in terms of the number of new features and changes that it brings to the device. These changes are related to the camera application, system performance, and new apps.

The biggest highlight of the update is that Realme 3 Pro now has official support for 240fps slow-motion video recording. This in addition to the 960fps slow-motion support that it received right after the launch. This is something that will be appreciated by those who love to shoot slow-mo footages and share on social media.

Other system-wide features include new swipe gestures from both sides in the navigation mode, a lock screen magazine, and ability to add a Realme account. The update also brings Realme's own app store, theme store, and game center for game freaks. It should be noted some of these features are region-specific. It means users from select regions will be getting the feature but unfortunately, Realme has not specified the name of those regions.

The Realme 3 Pro has also been updated to June 2019 security patch. It is the newest security patch from Google which brings fixes for various vulnerabilities and protection against malicious attacks. It is an over the air update and should arrive on your particular unit anytime soon.
