Xiaomi is currently busy promoting upcoming Xiaomi CC9 smartphones lineup. It is a new lineup which comprises of first products that will be released since Xiaomi partnered with Meitu last year. It will have two smartphones named Xiaomi CC9 and Xiaomi CC9e but now, there is a new report that there will be one more model called Xiaomi CC9 Meitu Custom Edition.
The Xiaomi CC9 Meitu Custom Edition is said to make use of Meitu's expertise in the selfie camera department. It means users are likely to get improved front camera performance along with various unique features. This special edition phone is said to get unveiled in a custom color option that will be exclusive along with different retail packaging. It will also have 8GB of RAM and 256GB internal storage that will be higher than other models.
Xiaomi has also shared official Xiaomi CC9 image renders revealing two color variants. One of the renders shows Glacier Ice White color and another one shows the phone in the Blue color variant. The White color variant, when combined with the phone's back panel design, gives a look that might make you mistake it for a Huawei P30.
As for the Blue color variant, it is a dark Blue shade with an S-shaped waves pattern on the back panel. It looks quite stunning and head turner design but is quite similar to what we saw with the Realme X Blue color variant.
Lastly, Xiaomi has confirmed that the CC9 lineup will be made official on July 2nd. It means we are only a few days away from the event where we will get to know all the details. As for now, the Xiaomi CC9 is said to feature 6.39-inch AMOLED notched display with Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 processor. It is confirmed to feature a triple rear camera setup with 48-megapixel primary sensor and a 32-megapixel front shooter. For all other details, we will have to wait until the official unveiling.
