Original (August 28th, 2019)

Realm has officially announced that it will launch a new Realme Q series on September 5. The lineup will be unveiled at an event scheduled to be held in China. It made the announcement via Chinese social network platform Weibo where it also revealed a launch event poster.

As you would expect, the launch poster does not reveal any other details except showing the Realme branding and "Q" alphabet. But the Weibo post hints that the Realme Q phone will come with quad rear cameras. This new lineup appears to be part of Realme's focus on smartphone four cameras in recent times.

Realme has already launched the Realme 5 and Realme 5 Pro as quad-camera phones on budget. Both these phones are also expected to get official in China sooner than later. It also has Realme XT named smartphone lined up for release which is the world's first 64-megapixel camera smartphone.

The upcoming Realme event for September 5th is expected to see the launch of four smartphones. It means other than the Realme Q, we could be seeing Realme 5 lineup and Realme XT getting unveiled. Since the event is only one week away, we will not have to wait long to know all the official details.
