A new Realme X2 launch poster has been shared by the company on Weibo. This new poster confirms that the Realme X2 will come with a 32-megapixel selfie camera. Realme is ready for another smartphone launch as it has confirmed a new launch event for September 24th in China. The launch event poster has been shared on the Chinese social media platform Weibo. It clearly mentions that Realme X2 is the smartphone that will be unveiled at the event next week.
The poster does further confirms that the Realme X2 will come with a 64-megapixel quad-camera setup. It will be the same camera sensor that we saw in the recently unveiled Redmi Note 8 Pro and Realme XT. It is currently the highest megapixel count sensor available for smartphones. It is manufactured by Samsung and will be seen in many more phones in the near future.
The naming scheme does reveal that the Realme X2 will be a direct successor to the Realme X. This is the first time we are hearing about the phone which is the reason details are next to nothing. There are speculations that it could actually be the rebranded Realme XT 730G which Realme teased for a December 2019 launch in India.
If this turns out to be true, then Realme X2 will sport a Super AMOLED display on the front and Hyperbola 3D Glass design on the back panel. It will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G processor which should be coupled with up to 8GB of RAM. There are likely to be multiple configuration options but is confirmed to offer a 4,000mAh battery with 30W VOOC Flash Charge.
