18 November 2015 0

Vivo has been teasing the Vivo X6, its upcoming flagship model, for the past two weeks now. The company is targeting high-end market with the X6. No wonder, the specs have been wonderful and pretty impressive.

The company now has revealed another key feature of the forthcoming gadget. Vivo says, the phone will have two-engine quick charging technology that will ensure that the smartphone charges faster than its other competitors in the market.

According to Vivo, the twin engine fast charging tech uses dual charging chips and dual charging circuits that push the speed of charging the battery faster indeed. The company has revealed this through an image. The image shows a couple of phones. One of the devices uses conventional charging, while the other phone uses the twin-engine charging.

The second of the two displays charging the smartphone far too faster than the conventional one.

We are still to understand how the technology exactly works or how fast it can be as compared the standard charging tech. However, all the details will be available sooner than later. Or it could be at the time of the announcement of the device that should materialize in the next two weeks or so.

The other specifications of the Vivo X6 are 4GB RAM with split screen multi-tasking feature. It will also feature a quick fingerprint sensor on board extending support for fingerprint enabled paying. We are waiting for the company to come up with more details sooner. Stay tuned!
