Xiaomi Mi 5 got a little delay in releasing, thanks to the faulty Snapdragon 810 processor that made the company halting the further production of the device with this processor. Xiaomi waited too long to adorn its Mi 5 device with the powerful Snapdragon 820 processor. The company almost took 19 months to release the device. It was first thought that Xiaomi would bag the title for being the first smartphone powered by Snapdragon 820 processor as it was the first device to receive the associated rumors first. But, Xiaomi couldn’t grab the same title and even launched the device after the Samsung and LG at MWC 2016. Well, this doesn’t really matter especially when the device has got powerful features to woo you.
The latest spotted AnTuTu benchmarks revealed the performance of the device. Xiaomi Mi 5 scored 179,566 on AnTuTu which is quite a great score collected from all the aspects including CPU, RAM, 3D and UX performance.
Xiaomi Mi 5 has got many features to intrigue you. The Reading Mode which is similar to Apple’s Night Shift mode removes the blue light from the screen to reduce eye fatigue. Xiaomi Mi 5 is the beauty with perfection. Xiaomi launched the device in three variants namely as Standard, High, and Exclusive, with the latter being the most captivating device wrapped with ceramic 3D material. All of them have a fingerprint scanner embedded on the home button. The device may have been launched late but it’s not lesser than any other SD820 powered smartphone from LG or Samsung.
