Nubia Z11 Max to launch on June 7

Nubia has been posting teasers about its upcoming Nubia Z11 Max smartphone and the device was also spotted on TENAA. Now the latest advertisement posted by the company confirms that the Nubia Z11 Max will launch at an event in Watercube in Beijing on June 7, 2016.


The latest advertisement shows football star Cristiano Ronaldo as the new brand ambassador for Nubia. The Nubia Z11 Max smartphone is the next in the company's Z11 range. It features a bigger 6-inch display than its sibling the Z11 Mini although shares similar specifications. Although the company has not revealed the device's specifications, its TENAA listing reveals that the Nubia Z11 Max has a FULL HD display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. It is powered by a 1.8 GHz Snapdragon 652 processor with 4 GB of RAM. It has 64 GB of expandable phone memory. Camera wise the smartphone feature a 16MP rear snapper and an 8MP front snapper. It is backed by a mammoth 4000mAh battery.


Nubia's co-founder and GM, Ni Fei, had earlier posted images of the Z11 Max on his Weibo account, stating that the device will have an impressive screen-to-body ratio of 83.27%. The leaked images of the device show that the upcoming Nubia Z11 Max will have sleek lines and minimal bezels. The smartphone is expected to run on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box.
