Verizon app revealed the price of Moto Mods

14 June 2016 0

Lenovo unveiled some awesome Moto Mods for the new Moto Z and Moto Z Force last week along with the flagship smartphones, but the company did not revealed the cost of these modular accessories. Thanks to the Amazon mobile App which reveals the prices for the first batch of Moto Mods, and that has came as a bit of a shock for many of us.

At the top of the list is the Insta-Share Projector which costs a whopping $299 that is a standard price for a higher-end portable projector, but it’s still super expensive for a smartphone accessory. Fortunately, prices go down from there, as JBL SoundBoost Mod priced at just $79.99, which essentially allows you to carry around a portable speaker attached to your phone.

If you’re looking for more battery, the TUMI battery packs are priced at $89.99 for the standard battery pack and $99.99 for the battery pack with wireless charging. The Kate Spade Style Shell has also been revealed to be priced at $69.99, though the other style shells still remain without prices.

Moto Mods are an interesting concept, but the prices may prove to be tricky as it may influence the buyer to go for Moto Z.

What do you think? Are these prices fair? Let us know in the comment box below.
