Faceboook releases Instant Articles in the Messenger app, considered as the second bigger chat app with more than 900 billion users where users share informative and entertaining content from the website. The Instant Article will be accompanied by the Android first, later in the coming weeks it will get featured in the iPhone as well.
To ensure that every reader on Messenger feels the same way about reading an article, Facebook suggests you to just tap on the instant Article link, and it will load a ten times faster than a standard mobile web article. It will take several weeks to get rolled entirely, till then users can spot a lightning bolt on the top right corner of some links that’s shared in Messenger, and this is the indication that the particular link is an Instant Article. Tap on the link in the upper right corner, and the article will unfold directly into the chat thread so that you can read it immediately, just like the shared video clips now start playing right in Messenger. You might have noted Instant Articles as a particular news load straight in your News feed on Facebook immediately, without even opening the browser, as Facebook itself hosts their content.
Well, Instant Articles is probably Facebook’s response to Google Accelerated Mobile Pages Project, which enables its publishers to design their news and media outlets to load up to ten times faster - ads, trackers and rich media notwithstanding.
If you are interested to join Instant Articles program, just go through the link.
