Google is expected to launch two new Nexus devices, probably made by HTC, that’ll offer a better user-experience than any other Nexus devices to-date. They’ll pack better hardware and a brand new operating system out of the box.
It is also rumored that the new HTC-made Nexus handsets codenamed Marlin and Sailfish are expected to be faster than other Android smartphones launched this year. Both the device might have same internal configuration, just differ in body and camera etc. A concept video recreated using these existing rumors and leaks by Techconfigurations is now up on YouTube and shows us what we can expect from the Marlin and Sailfish’s design.
The YouTube channel took Android Police’s Nexus render rumor and created a 3D version of it. From the video, we do get a concern if the new Nexus will have a headphone jack – as both the devices are supposed to have a 3.5mm audio port for standard headphones. Everything else is in-line with the previous leaks.
The device appears to be slim, metal design that features a specific detail: a rather large piece of glass on the back of the handset, that’s unlike any other device on the market. I personally like that design and seems to along with the black metal.
Thus said, the HTC Marlin and Sailfish certainly seem promising devices with the new Android and other leaks as well.
