Moto X force running Android 7.0 Nougat gets Bluetooth SIG certification

Motorola is one of those companies who is known for rolling out latest Android updates at a rapid speed that’s because company’s custom UI layer is very light. In November 2016, the company updated the Moto Z and Moto Z Force lineup with the latest Android Nougat 7.0.

Now from the look of things, it seems like the company is getting ready to release latest Android Nougat for the Moto X-Force. Today we have leaked document which indicates Bluetooth SIG certified the latest Android Nougat for the Motorola device model number XT1585. As we all know that Moto X-Force and Droid Turbo 2 bears the same model number. For the US customers who purchased device exclusively from Verizon got the device as Motorola Droid Turbo whereas the rest of the world know this device as Moto X-Force.


The key selling feature of the aforementioned device is its ShatteShield layer which company placed on the front facing display. Thanks to this shield layer, the company guarantees it will not crack even when the device is dropped from a height of 5 feet. This shield can protect display for at least 4 years. The latest in line Moto Z and Z Force are packed with the latest iteration of ShatterShield.

For those smartphone owners who do have Moto X-Force/ Droid Turbo 2 should expect the latest Nougat update by the end of this month. The updated version will be bringing the latest best version of Doze.

The Doze closes the background apps automatically after a certain interval of time to enhance device performance and battery life. There are a number of features which are being rolled out with the latest Nougat update. Stay tuned and keep an eye on update notification.
