Verizon rolls out February security patch for Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ & LG G Pad 7.0 LTE

06 March 2017 0

We don’t need any getting used to when it comes to Verizon rolling out updates way past the usual time at which a device should be updated. The last time the same came to notice is when the company rolled out its January security patch for the Galaxy S6, S6 Edge and the Note 5.

Verizon has now started releasing its February batch of security updates which are now hitting the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge+ and LG’s G Pad 7.0 LTE devices. The security update brings the latest Android fixes for February and is modeled as VK41025A for the LG’s tablet and G928VVRS3BQB1 for the Galaxy S6 Edge+.

If you wish to download the update, make sure you check out the Verizon site to know more about what might be on offer for the S6 edge+ and the LG tablet. Once done, check if your phone’s fully charged and connected to a wireless network for the update to get downloaded and installed.
