Android Wear 2.0 starts rolling out for Fossil smartwatches

15 March 2017 3

Earlier last month, Google officially rolled out Android Wear 2.0. It was the first major update for smartwatch Operating System and it brought Google Assistant to the wrists. By the end of last month, Fossil has confirmed that it will be upgrading all of its smartwatches to Android Wear 2.0 in mid-March. And now, they have started rolling out Android Wear 2.0 to its Q Founder, Q Marshal and Q Wander watches.

Android Wear 2.0 brings more intuitive interface, Google Assistant, a new Google Fit app and the option to download apps directly to your wrist. It is a fact that Fossil took a little more time to release their Android Wear Watches, but they managed to release the Android Wear 2.0 update earlier.

Fossil Q Founder, Q Marshal, and Q Wander were removed by Google from its online store last month. But now, we have a solid reason to keep the Fossil smartwatch for few more months. Update your device to Android Wear 2.0 as soon as possible and enjoy the latest features right on your wrist. Share your experience with us in the comment box below.
