After unveiling the Moto Z2 Play on June 1st, we knew that the company would now be getting ready to announce Moto Z2 and Z2 Force.
The company has today started sending out invites for its press event where the smartphones are expected to be unveiled. The event will be held on June 27 and the image teased by the company carries the tagline "save the date".
The teaser image also shows a model holding a Motorola smartphone. The phone looks strikingly similar to the many leaked Moto Z2 images that we have seen so far. The phone also seems to have a dual rear camera setup. So clearly, the event is going to be about either the Z2, or the Z2 Force or perhaps both. It's all up in the air!
As regards the specifications of the Moto Z2, the smartphone will feature a 5.5-inch QHD touchscreen. The device will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 835 chipset coupled with 4GB/6GB of RAM. The smartphone will also adorn a dual camera setup. Further, the Z2 will run on Android 7.1.1 straight out of the box with few customizations in UI.
Apart from that much of the details regarding the Z2 is still in dark. Stay tuned for more news.

You have to admit one thing that this phone and the ones we saw a few days ago through various leaks and rumors are pretty much similar. So, we were viewing the real phone then
Yeah, very rarely does this happen that there's so much similarity between the real device and the rumors and leaks.
Any leak or info about the pricing, in between?
It was only a matter of time after the unveiling of Moto Z2 Play. And yes, these two smartphones were in the wings and now would soon fly.
