Moto Z2 and Z2 Force is in rumors from last few weeks, Initially, it was expected Motorola will be announcing these two smartphones on June 27th but the company didn't reveal any product on that date. From the look of the things, it seems like the official announcement is inching closer. Today well-known tipster Evan Blass leaked a press render of Moto Z2 Force with AT&T branding on it.

Last year Motorola released carrier bound variant exclusively via Verizon, although the Moto Z unlocked variant was available as well for the US customers the Z Force was available from Verizon only. However, the latest leak from one of the most reliable tipster does indicate Moto Z2 and Z2 Force will be available widely from other carriers as well.
As far as official release is a concern, it is still in the dark when both these handsets will be unveiled. Last year Motorola wrapped off the cover from these handsets in June but delayed the release till September but this year we are expecting an early release soon after the announcement.
Like its predecessors, once again Moto Z2 Force will be featuring a shatterproof display. The display will be of 5.5-inches with Quad HD screen resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels. The Qualcomm's Snapdragon 835 SoC will be powering the device with 4GB RAM. On the rear side, the device will be adorned with dual cameras with dual LED flashlight. Last year Motorola ditched the 3.5mm headphone from Moto Z but we heard it will be back in this year Moto Z2 and Z2 Force.
The specs sheet of both the devices is expected to remain same but one of the prominent difference will be standard Z2 won't be having a shatterproof display.
