Yesterday, We shared info that Sony might announce a couple of new smartphone at IFA 2017. One of the device with model number G83XX rumored to be announced as flagship whereas the device with model number G84XX was expected to be a compact variant of the flagship.

Today the compact variant with model number Sony G8441 appears at AnTuTu benchmark suggests the specs sheet of the device. The AnTuTu listing showcase the device has HD display panel, The Qualcomm's Snapdragon 835 SoC is powering it with 4GB RAM and 32GB native storage. These specs seem pretty much possible but the camera sensor drastically mentioned as 8MP on both front and rear side.

Before taking it seriously, it is recommended to take it with a grain of salt because we have seen the wrong listing of specs sheet on AnTuTu Stay tuned, we will keep you updated as soon as some more info pops up.

The Japnese tech giant Sony confirmed their press conference is on August 31st at IFA event this year. The company is expected to announce a couple of new smartphones at the event as the company is doing it for last few years. The good thing is we have the details regarding the model number of smartphones which the company will be announced at the event. The first device expected is a mid-ranger smartphone with model number G34XX whereas the second device will be a flagship variant with model number G83XX.

It seems like apart from these devices a new device with model number G84XX should also be added to the list. The Sony device G8441 existence confirmed through a user-agent profile which confirms few specs details as well as the device is running on Android 8.0 and supports latest Bluetooth 5.0.

The 'rendering screen size' showcase that device has HD screen with 720 x 1280 pixels resolution whereas the screen size parameter hints towards a Full HD panel. There are fair chances Sony could announce this device as a mini variant of flagship smartphone pegged for H2 2017. Sony smartphones model numbers are never in order that's why the flagship XZ Premium model number G81XX was lower than standard XZs which has model number G82XX.

Two Sony smartphones with model number G8341 (flagship) and G8441 (compact flagship) appeared at the listing of Komp.Tech. They listed G8341 at a price tag of €750 whereas the compact flagship G8441 is being listed at €650. The listing also confirms both the devices will be available in four colors including Blue, Silver, Black, and Pink. We will keep a close eye on the matter, Stay tuned.
