Xiaomi's Redmi Note 4X beats Mi 5X in this speed test [video]

14 August 2017 0

Xiaomi announced the dual-camera featuring Mi 5X smartphone last year where it also announced Nougat-based MIUI 9 ROM. It is basically a trimmed down variant of the Redmi Note 4X but with the addition of dual cameras on the back and a smaller battery. Both smartphones essentially feature the same set of specifications which means it makes sense to put both of them in a speed test comparison to see which one performs better.

This speed test between the Xiaomi Mi 5X and Redmi Note 4X has been carried out by the YouTuber TeChinAction. There are basically three parts of the test which include boot time, app installation time (using APKs), and app/game launch time. The last part has been done in two cycles where the second cycle is aimed at testing the RAM management to see if any of these devices will reload any of the apps/games.
