Samsung Galaxy J5 (2016), Galaxy Tab A spotted with Nougat on benchmark

Samsung has already upgraded many of its devices to Android Nougat version but considering that the company releases a lot of them in a year, it still has a few of them to upgrade. And in the same direction, two new Samsung devices are getting ready to receive their respective Nougat update. These devices include the Galaxy J5 (2016) smartphone and Galaxy Tab A tablet.

Both these Samsung Galaxy devices have been spotted on Geekbench and GFXBench benchmark websites running Android 7.1.1 Nougat software. You can check two of the listings showing the newest software version on both devices in screenshots below.

Samsung's these two devices were previously spotted on WiFi certification website running Android 7.0 Nougat. As the latest benchmark listing is showing them running Android 7.1, it is hard to tell which version will exactly be released for them. But as soon as Samsung will make an official announcement, we will keep you updated.

Samsung brings out so many devices in a single calendar year and that's a reoccurring phenomenon for them. But yes, still nice to see the J series getting the Nougat.
