DJI GO 4 for iOS updated with iPhone X full screen support

03 January 2018 2

DJI has released a new update for its DJI GO 4 app meant for iOS devices. The app has now been updated to take complete advantage of iPhone X's larger display and offer immersive content while keeping the notch in mind. It simply means if you are a DJI drone user, you will not have your user experience ruined on the iPhone X because of that notch on the top.

Once you have installed the updated version, you will start noticing the difference right from the moment you will launch the app. It now makes use of full-screen mode on the iPhone X on launch screen, video editor, profile screen, and the community gallery. It should be noted that you will continue to see the boxed UI during live photos and video feed.

Other than this, DJI GO 4 app has received Panorama mode for the DJI Phantom 4 Pro drone users. But to make use of this new mode, you will have to make sure that the drone is running v01.05.0300 firmware or later. If you have the firmware, you should be able to capture some beautiful and amazing panorama shots. As for DJI Spark drone users, the app brings optimizations to device connection and activation. It further supports multiple downloads at the same time which means no more hassles of manual downloading each time.

The latest version of the app is already available in the App Store. You can also get it by using the link given below.
