Apple seeded the second beta of iOS 11.3, tvOS 11.3, and macOS High Sierra 10.13.4 to developers and later to Public Beta as well. Now, watchOS is also gaining the second beta of its 4.3 version and this has been seeded to the developers.
The watchOS 4.3 isn’t a major upgrade but it does add a few notable features and improvements to the Apple Watch. There’s Nightstand mode in the portrait that was landscape-only before. There’s a new charging animation, Music app control of iPhone music, and more. It was detailed at the time of the first beta of watchOS 4.3 that with the coming update users will be able to control the music playing on their iPhone using the Music app installed on the Apple Watch. And as mentioned, this new feature is now active.
The first developer beta of the watchOS 4.3 brought a new animation to play when the watch is charging. Also, Siri watch face was added with Activity information.
The registered developers with their proper configuration profile can install the update over-the-air y navigating to the Software Update tab in the Apple Watch iPhone app.
Apple has said that the watchOS 4.3 will be released to the public sometime in the spring.
