Apple is back with latest betas for iOS and macOS operating systems. It has released iOS 12.1.3 fourth developer as well as a public beta along with macOS 10.14.3 fourth developer beta. All three versions have already started to roll out and you should see an update notification anytime soon.
It is worth mentioning that this is the first time Apple has released iOS developer and public beta at the same time. It usually releases developer beta first and then after a few days (about one week), it rolls out the public beta build. Even though the updates are getting rolled out simultaneously, one will still need to have an active Apple developer account to receive developer builds.
In terms of the changelog, there does not seem to be any major changes. These builds are packed with usual bug fixes and are basically incremental updates. The latest iOS beta bears build number 16D5039a and will replace the build 16D5037a. As for the macOS update, it has 18D39a build number replacing the build 18D38a.
If you have an Apple developer or an Apple beta tester, you should be receiving the latest developer and public beta respectively quite soon. In the meantime, you can also check for the update manually
