It is time for another beta release from Apple which is meant for discovering and fixing bugs ahead of public release. The latest beta version is available for iOS 12.2, macOS 10.14.4, watchOS 5.2, and tvOS 12.2. It is the fourth developer beta which has been made available after two weeks since the release of the third beta.
This particular beta release is aimed at developers which means you will need to have a valid and active Apple developers account to receive it. It helps developers in testing their apps so that they can be optimized for future versions. The exact build numbers for the latest beta are 18E205e for macOS 10.14.4, 16E5212f for iOS 12.2, 16T5212e for watchOS 5.2, and 16L5212e for tvOS 12.2.
It should be noted that Apple has released public betas as well. It means even if you don't have a developers account, you can still install these betas on your eligible devices. But like any other beta build, there are chances that one might encounter different bugs, app crashes or other performance issues. It is the reason we advise you to install beta builds only if you are comfortable with experiencing such situations.
Last but not least, it is also advised to take a backup of all your important data before proceeding with the beta installation. This will save you from any bad situation where you might end with a device as it has just been turned on for the very first time.
