Apple has started rolling out the latest developer beta and public beta builds for its operating systems. It includes iOS 12.4 beta 3 along with public beta. As for watchOS 5.3 and tvOS 12.4, only second developer betas have been released. All of these builds primarily includes bug fixes and under the hood performance improvements.
Starting with iOS 12.4 beta 3, it is a developer beta build which means you will have to have a valid Apple developer account to receive the same. If you are already using a developer build, you will be receiving the newer version over the air automatically. It bears the build number 16G5038d which will replace the previous build on your iOS device.
The over the air release procedure remains the same for all Apple devices including Apple Watch and Apple TV which are already running on a beta build. If you have not done so yet, the first step for you will be to visit the Apple beta program website and register. It will offer you all the steps that you should and should not be doing while installing a beta version.
The only thing we will tell you is that beta builds are not as stable as the final public versions. They can have some undiscovered bugs and issues which you are likely to encounter. If you are okay with this aspect, then you can go ahead with the beta installation. This is also the reason that it is not recommended to install a beta version on your primary device.
