Apple launches Airpods wireless headphones packed with high-quality audio

We had been hearing quite a lot about Airpods, Apple’s wireless headphones, courtesy of the numerous leaks and analysts' predictions. The very first hint we caught in July, thanks to those trademark filings revealed the plans of Apple. It reflected that the company is all set to write a new chapter in the growing technology. Today, at the San Francisco event, Apple also launches the wireless Airpods which are packed with high-quality Audio & long battery life. Apple’s big event only hinted at the two products - Apple 7 series and Watch 2 series. It wasn’t evident before that Apple will take the opportunity and launch this new incredible piece of technology too.

According to Apple, Airpods use the advanced technology to reinvent how we listen to music, make phone calls, enjoy TV shows, movies, and even, how we interact with Siri. The biggest advantage of using the wireless headphones is that they remove the hassle of using the wires that get tangled every time. In fact, it is also the best product in the league of existing wireless headphones. By just opening the lid of its innovative charging case, they instantly set up and ready to work with your iPhone and Apple Watch.

Airpods aren't the conventional headphones; rather they have been embedded with the advanced sensors that know when you’re listening and hence automatically play and pause your music. You just need to do a double tap to allow Airpods to access the Siri or interact with it. Airpods can be seamlessly used with the latest launches iPhone 7 and Watch Series 2. In fact, Airpods require Apple's devices running iOS 10, watchOS 3 or macOS Sierra.

The best part is Airpods can intelligently and seamlessly switch from a call on your phone to listening to music on your Apple Watch Series 2. Airpods, the smart gadget that immediately set up with all the devices signed into your iCloud account, including iPad and Mac. The Airpods use that ultra-low power Apple W1 chip that ensures high-quality audio and industry-leading battery life. Also, the traits of the chip allow the Airpods to deliver up to 5 hours of listing time on one charge. Furthermore, custom-designed charging case holds additional charges.

Sensors like the Accelerometer detects when you’re speaking, enabling a pair of beam-forming microphones to focus on the sound of your voice. Airpods will be available starting in late October. The new Apple-designed wireless AirPods including charging case will be available for $159 (US) from apple.com and Apple Stores beginning in late October.

There's the inclusion of the W1 chip too that makes this all possible. There were so many news and rumors about the iPhone 7 etc. but we never heard of W 1 chip.
