Leading instant messaging app WhatsApp continues to bring new features and improvements. The recently rolled out picture-in-picture mode allows viewing YouTube videos without leaving the app. In the latest development, WhatsApp is working on an ability to preview forward messages before you actually end up sending them. This is surely a handy feature and would give confidence to the sender, knowing exactly how would the forwarded content look like once sent.
This feature is currently a part of the beta version of WhatsApp which was spotted by a tipster WABetaInfo which spotted this in the version 2.18.325. He shared that WhatsApp is working on a forward preview feature that would bring another step before a user would be able to forward a message, images, GIF or videos etc.
The user could then preview the message and choose any other recipient in case they will forward them as well. The feature isn’t available in all the beta version of WhatsApp either surprisingly and it seems that we still have to wait for more to get this into the public version.

Recently, WhatsApp also rolled out a private reply feature that allowed the users in a group to send a private reply without letting all the group members know about it. Do you consider this new forward preview feature to be handy? Let us know in the comment section below.
