While there are a lot of instant-messaging applications out there though Telegram is one of the coolest and modern ones with exciting features. The company has also been running an alternative version of the app which the company named Telegram X, which apparently seems to be renaming of another app which the company acquired which was earlier named as Challegram.
Telegram X is more of an experimental version of the app where we get to see new upcoming features that are under testing. Previously, Telegram X got an update with multiple account support and more. Now in the latest update, the app is updated to the version 0.21.7.1151 which is also an April Update which brings a bunch of new features.
Firstly, we get to see a new notification system which is completely build up from scratch which the company named as Notifications 2.0. Another nice aspect is that you’d no longer receive dismissed notifications again. How often does that happen that you dismiss a notification and it appears again randomly on the arrival of new messages? That’s irritating, though thankfully thanks fixed now.
Likewise, grouping notifications in addition to smarter notification delays. Then coming to the new account manager which is also built from group up. Previously even though the app did offer multiple accounts so that you don’t have to use account cloning apps, it failed to keep up the performance upon adding multiple accounts. So the update that has been built up from scratch in Telegram X claim that “that “it does not matter whether you have 3 or 3000 accounts in Telegram X,” which is something great.
Other minor update includes the ability to delete messages from both the ends in a private chat, feature to create polls, support for the language pack, better 2FA implementation. Currently, the update is out there for only about half of the users though you’ll certainly receive it in times to come as it rolls out to a broader audience.
