Fortnite support comes to Redmi Note 7 as fans rejoice

30 April 2019 2

One of the most addictive video games currently out there includes Fornite that everyone is crazy about. The game was available for Android back in October 2018 and since then, it has become available for a lot of devices from different OEMs. Now in the latest development, the game is now supported by Redmi Note 7 Pro where the Chinese smartphone manufacturer Redmi is bringing support for the viral video game.

The update has a build number MIUI 10.2.10.0 which is less than 300MB in size. Once the updating is done, the fans could get it through the Fornite’s website. In addition to this, the update also offers 4K video recording and has fixed a lot of the issues in the previous build for example problems with the speaker.

Coming to the core reason as to how the support for Fornite came to Redmi Note 7, we actually have to applaud the Realme for that. Realme, that is another fast-growing smartphone brand plays a vital role in it. Realme’s CEO Madhav Sheth earlier introducing Realme 3 Pro on his Twitter account, mocked Redmi Note 7 Pro that it doesn’t offer Fornite support out of the box. And later considering this, Xiaomi India went ahead to ask Epic Games to whitelist Snapdragon 675 SoC that powers Redme Note 7.
