Disney Plus streaming service now has Continue Watching section to binge on

27 November 2019 0

Disney Plus streaming service that has recently gone official is gaining a new feature that would let you watch the show where you left off. This is the “Continue Watching” section which is apparently not new, according to Cord Cutter News. According to the site, this section was already available but removed along with some other features to address issues users were having.

New or old, the very useful and mandatory feature is here to let you continue your show where you left. Every streaming app comes with this feature but Disney Plus app didn’t have it. Now, the feature is getting rolled out to the app across its many platforms. It can be found right near the top under the featured row, thus making it easy to jump back in wherever you left off. With the help of “Continue Watching,” it will now be easier to find the shows and movies quickly and resume.

This appears to be happening on the server-side so you won’t even have to download and install a new version of the app.

The feature was reportedly removed along with some other features during the time when customers complaining about login issues.

The app must have re-welcomed some of the features that it initially removed, though we are yet to know about them. Share with us if you have found any new or re-added feature to the streaming app.
