Today is the new day for YouTube, as it comes up with YouTube Red subscription service, which says goodbye to ads. Users can now subscribe to this service by just paying $9.99 per month on any platform of their choice. This service provides many features like offline playback and background audio.
Today, it is launched in United States with a new logo - YouTube Red. In this version, subscribers will not be asked to sit through 10 seconds pre-roll ad or for any 30 second video or to skip ad option or to click to put out of sight any banner.
YouTube Red came in to news at the beginning of this month and finally its ads-free version becomes live today. YouTube Red can be easily subscribed directly from a PC, Android, or iOS device, but for an Apple device its subscription monthly cost is $12.99.
YouTube Red is at the top of Android apps from today and it is functional on all devices like smartphones, TV apps, tablets, and PCs with a single membership. Initially, it offers one –month free trial and includes built-in offline caching and screen-off playback. The app also explains how to manage this membership. It can be easily subscribed directly by clicking YouTube Red logo or free via a Play Music subscription.
