Even though we are five days away from the official launch event for Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2 and ZenFone Max M2, both these smartphones are already available for preorders in Russia. The pre-order listings for these two devices reveal everything including official press renders, specifications, variants, and pricing.
Starting with the star of the show, the ZenFone Max Pro M2 sports a 6.3-inch Full HD+ (2280 x 1080 pixels) LCD display with a notch at the top. Under the hood, it has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 processor coupled with 4GB of RAM. There is 64GB of internal storage which should be expandable. It has a 12-megapixel and 5-megapixel dual rear camera set up along with a 13-megapixel selfie camera. It has a massive 5000mAh battery to keep the lights on and something which should last you for about two days. It can be pre-ordered for RUB 17,990 which is about $270.
Next up, we have the ZenFone Max M2 which has the same display size as the Pro variant but with HD+ (1520 x 720 pixels) resolution. It features the Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 processor coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage. It also has a dual camera setup on the back panel but with 8-megapixel and 2-megapixel shooters. On the front, it has a 13-megapixel camera for taking selfies and video calls. The whole package is powered by a 4000mAh battery which should last a day with ease. The pre-order pricing for the phone is listed as RUB 12,990 which is about $195.
