Fujitsu introduces a revamped LifeBook E series notebooks

At the start of this year, Fujitsu announced a new range of Workstation, PCs & tablets for enterprise users months after which the company unveiled the ARROWS tablet with palm vein authentication. A little over a month after bringing the LifeBook UH range of ultra-light notebooks, the company is upgrading its LifeBook E series with start-of-the-art hardware modifications and a new design aimed towards business-end individuals.


With performance and sleekish design in mind, Fujitsu introduces the LifeBook E4 and LifeBook E5, both of which feature a fingerprint sensor with several other security enhancements for use in wired/wireless network environment. The LifeBook E series now equips LTE connectivity and runs on Windows 10 operating system.

The LifeBook E4 comes in 14-inch & 15.6-inch variants with antireflection panels on the front. The device is powered by 7th generation Intel Core processors and starts a base price of €599.

Meanwhile, the LifeBook E5 only uses Full HD panels on both the 14-inch & 15.6-inch variants and runs on the latest 8th generation Intel Core processors for its more demanding customers. The notebook is extremely ultra weight and ultra-thin at just 23.9mm thickness and offers 4G LTE and USB Type-C connectivities with a full-size ethernet & VGA output. The LifeBook E5 starts at €699 for its base variant.
