Finally, the wait is over as the Chinese giant Xiaomi wraps off the cover from the much-awaited duo Mi A2 and A2 Lite. Both the devices are announced in a dedicated event held in Madrid Spain at 11 am local time. For the first time, Xiaomi is unveiling their Android One smartphones in the international market. Having the stock Android UI means you won't have to deal with bloatware and also you will be getting new updates quickly.
Ahead of official unveiling Xiaomi teased the dual cameras sensor couple of times. The Mi A2 and A2 Lite both have dual rear cameras. In terms of design, the Mi A2 and A2 Lite aren't much different from the predecessor MI A1. Both the devices have unibody metal design with dual rear cameras on the top left corner. Up front, you will get 2:1 display with the full front-facing panel. Both the devices are confirmed to be available in Black, Blue, and Pink colors. Let's have a look at what both the devices are bringing on board in terms of specs.
The rear side has dual cameras of 12MP Sony IMX486 sensor and a secondary sensor is 20MP Sony IMX376 sensor. Both the sensors have a f/1.75 aperture with LED flashlight. Up front, the selfie camera is 20MP. Both the front and rear cameras are AI tuned to enhance the capturing capability. For connectivity, the device has USB-C port and 3.5mm headphone jack.
Being an Android One smartphone, it brings all goodies of stock Android OS. The Google Assistant is on board to assist you anytime anywhere. Google is also offering free unlimited storage for your photos. The AI is not only used to assist but also it enhances the camera's capabilities to capture amazing shots everytime you open your camera app. It will be one of the first smartphones to receive Android P later this year.

As far as pricing is a concern the 4GB RAM model with 32GB storage can be grabbed for 249 Euros. The standard variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage can be purchased at 279 Euros in Spain. The top of the line model with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage can be purchased at 349 Euros.
On the other hand, the Mi A2 Lite has a 5.84-inches Full HD+ IPS display with an aspect ratio of 19:9. The Qualcomm's Snapdragon 625 SoC is powering the device with 3GB RAM and storage up to 64GB. The primary rear snapper is 12MP whereas the secondary sensor is 5MP. Up front the selfie snapper is 5MP. A 4,000mAh battery cell will keep the Mi A2 lite lights on.
Last but not the least the Mi A2 Lite is one of the cheapest Android One smartphone with dual rear cameras. The device with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage can be purchased at a price tag of 179 Euros whereas the 4GB RAM model with 64GB storage can be purchased at 229 Euros.
Both the devices will be available for purchase from July 27th in Spain. For the Italian customers, the devices will be available from August 8th. The Mi A2 will be available in more than 40 countries in coming weeks.
