HTC 2Q7A100 phone appears at Geekbench with Snapdragon 710 SoC and 6GB RAM

The Taiwanese giant smartphones manufacturer HTC is in crisis from the last few years. The last successful flagship was HTC One M8. Since then the company smartphones business is in the crisis that's why almost every new smartphone fails to impress buyers. Last year in December the company confirmed the main focus in 2019 will be mid-range and flagship phones. Today an announced HTC phone appears at the Geekbench appearance listing. This clearly indicates the company is working on a new mid-range phone.

The device bearing number 2Q7A100 spotted at Geekbench. Under the hood the Qualcomm's Snapdragon 710 SoC is powering the phone. It's important to mention this smartphone isn't leaked yet, So we can expect the launch isn't close yet. On the other hand, Qualcomm recently announced Snapdragon 730 SoC as a successor to Snapdragon 710.

The Octa-core chipset is accompanied with 6GB RAM. As OS the device is pre-installed with Android Pie straight out of the box. So far other details regarding the HTC's mid-range phone are still in the dark. The latest best mid-range U12 Life phone from HTC is running on the older chipset, So the aforementioned phone could be announced as its successor.
