Samsung has announced the Galaxy Unpacked 2018 event on Aug 9, 2018. The South Korean giant has confirmed the launch of a new device at the event. The company is expected to launch the Galaxy Note 9 at the event.
Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event will be held at the Barclays Centre in Brooklyn, NY on Aug. 9 at 11:00 AM ET. The company has sent out press Invitations for the event. The technology giant will stream the event live on Samsung.com.
The invite looks like a close-up of the button on an S Pen stylus, which hints at the launch of the Galaxy Note 9. The invite teases a new yellow (or gold) colour and a button which could be the Bixby button.
The company has not confirmed the specifications of the device as of now. Rumours suggest that the Galaxy Note 9 will have a similar design to the Note 8. It may come with a physical shutter button and have a 25 watts wireless charger. The phone will house a bigger battery due to its updated design. The device was also spotted at the FCC site earlier this month.
Samsung has been launching the devices in the note series at the Unpacked event over the past few years. The Note 9 will be the successor to the Galaxy Note 8. Samsung's Galaxy Note series has premium devices with high end features like large OLED screens, top-of-the-line specs, and an included stylus.

Can anyone view the video? It's not loading for me here.
Yeah, it becomes a bit uncomfortable to just read not able to view the video even when it is there :) :)
It's pretty much likely that the Note 9 will be one of the highlights of the August 9 event. That's the only flagship in the wings now.
