Google's Gamescom 2019 presentation meant for Google Stadia is over and as expected from the teaser, it was all about announcing new game titles. It started off with a brief overview of what the service is about and what to expect which was originally revealed in the previous presentation.
Google Stadia has a number of gaming titles spread across different genres but the star of the show is Cyberpunk 2077. It is an upcoming and highly-anticipated game from CD Projekt Red. It scheduled to release of gaming consoles and PCs on April 16th, 2020 but as for Stadia, no specific release timeline has been mentioned yet but we hope that it is same or closer to the date for mainstream platforms.
As for other Google Stadia gaming titles announced at the event, here is a list:
- Attack on Titan 2: Final Battle
- Destroy All Humans
- Gods and Monsters
- Orcs Must Die 3 (Exclusive to Stadia)
- Watch Dogs: Legion
- Windjammers 2 (Destroy All Humans reboot)
All these titles will join the already announced titles like Mortal Kombat 11, GRID, and Borderlands 3. Google Stadia will be available for public use starting November 2019 which is less than a couple of months away. All the titles that will start selling by the time Stadia go public will be playable from day one. For all others, they will be made available after their respective official releases.
