The much-awaited Apple launch event is over and iPhone 11 lineup is now official. It means the ball is in Google's court to show what it has to offer this year. We all are waiting for the Pixel 4 launch and even though there have been tons of leaks and rumors, the release date is still unknown. But a new leak is claiming that the Pixel 4 launch could happen on October 15th.
The leak is coming from reliable tipster Evan Blass (@evleaks) who tweeted a Pixel 4 promo image. It shows the phone's front panel with the lock screen interface. The date and time on the screen are October 15 and 10:00 AM which is likely to be for the launch event. This is because we have seen companies showing the same date on promo materials on which the particular device gets unveiled. But still, we would like to wait for an official announcement or at least a more concrete proof.
In a separate leak coming from 91Mobiles, Pixel 4 XL specifications have been revealed through an image showing the device running the DevCheck Hardware and Software Info application. It shows that the Pixel 4 XL will be released with a 6.23-inch Quad HD (3040 x 1440 pixels) display with 19:9 aspect ratio. It will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor which will be disappointing for those who were expecting Snapdragon 855 Plus.
Previous rumors have already suggested that Pixel 4 lineup will come with 90Hz display for butter-smooth navigation and animations. There is expected to be 6GB of RAM, new camera features, improved Night Sight mode, and obviously Android 10 as the pre-installed software.
